52-year-old Frederica Lefthand, a Lodge Grass woman, was sentenced to 24 years in prison for running a multi-state meth trafficking operation from her home on the Crow Indian Reservation. The operation supplied drugs across Montana and to four Indian reservations, and led to federal charges against 25 other defendants, with 12 convicted and sentenced.
