76-year-old Corinne Ann Nahrwold was arrested after a standoff near Fort Wayne's Irwin Elementary School following a gunbattle with Fort Wayne police officers. Police were called to a disturbance involving Nahrwold threatening tree workers on her property, who had been called to complete a job. When officers arrived, Nahrwold fired shots, leading to a standoff; however, no injuries were reported.
