54-year-old Carrie Drake has been charged with second-degree murder in Manchester, NH, for allegedly fatally stabbing 75-year-old Vernon Hayford at an apartment on Chestnut Street. The case was initially reported as a suspicious death, but an autopsy determined Hayford's cause of death to be homicide. Drake is also charged with being a felon in possession of a deadly weapon and resisting arrest.
