Parents settle legal action with HSE over Baby Kyle's death at Cork University Maternity Hospital, due to hypoxia.

Parents Emma Cosgrove and Kevin Dixon settled a legal action with the Health Service Executive (HSE) over the death of their newborn son, Baby Kyle, at Cork University Maternity Hospital. The HSE will send a letter of apology to the couple and admitted failures in care during an inquest. Baby Kyle died from hypoxia, a lack of blood or oxygen to the brain.
