The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) has approved an application by start-up firm Grand Union Trains to operate four daily return services between London Euston and Scotland's Stirling from June 2025. The move will increase passenger options and boost competition in Britain's railway network, according to Stephanie Tobyn, director of strategy, policy and reform at the ORR.
