MacGregor, part of Cargotec, has received a large order for three cranes to be installed on a new cable layer vessel from VARD, a global shipbuilder. The order includes a 100-tonne AHC crane, a 20T Offshore crane, and a 3T deck crane, with an OnWatch solution and 24/7 technical support. The cable layer vessel, Prysmian's third NB970, is 191 meters long and designed for complex subsea operations.
