Hackensack Meridian Health is set to break ground on a first-of-its-kind health and wellness center at Metropark Station in Woodbridge, NJ. The $200M, 60,000-sq ft center, located at a transit hub, will provide "unprecedented access to healthcare" for 60,000 daily mass transit riders. The facility is part of a larger $200M project by DOR, a consortium led by Russo Development, which includes a $110M ASPIRE tax credit grant for transportation development.
