Bridgit Mendler, former Disney Channel star and CEO of space startup Northwood Space, has clarified that she is two months away from obtaining a JD and does not have a PhD yet. She started working towards her PhD in 2020, but had to pause her studies due to family reasons when she moved to California. Mendler, who is also a mom, has been praised for her diverse career, including her studies at Harvard Law School and MIT.
