Former City banker Crispin Odey is facing legal action from five women, including one who alleges rape, in the High Court. Odey left his position at the hedge fund he founded after allegations of sexual misconduct emerged in the press last year. A preliminary hearing determined that the women must file their claims individually, rather than collectively, over alleged misconduct between 1995 and 2023.
