Estonia's inflation rate slowed to 4.2% in February, down from January's 4.7% high. Food and non-alcoholic beverage prices increased by 3.0% year-over-year, slower than the previous month's 5.0% rise. Health costs rose by 9.2%, recreation and culture costs by 5.7%, and clothing and footwear charges by 4.4%. Consumer prices remained flat on a monthly basis after a 1.4% rise in January.
