Cuscaden Peak Investments and its joint venture partner sold The Seletar Mall to Allgreen Properties for S$550 million ($2,900 per sq ft NLA), completing the capital recycling strategy to enhance shareholder returns. The suburban mall in North-Eastern Singapore is fully tenanted, with diverse retail amenities across six levels and 190,000 sq ft of net lettable area. Cushman & Wakefield and JLL brokered the sale.
