China's forex reserves unexpectedly rose to $3.2258 trillion in February, with a 0.2% increase from January.

China's foreign exchange (forex) reserves rose unexpectedly to 3.2258 trillion USD by the end of February, an increase of 6.5 billion USD or 0.2% compared to January. The yuan fell 0.25% against the dollar in February, while the dollar rose 0.6% against other major currencies. China's gold reserves value also increased to $148.64 billion from $148.23 billion at the end of January.
