A fatal house fire occurred in Colorado Springs' Stratton Meadows area at 1126 Norwood Ave.
A deadly house fire occurred in the Stratton Meadows area of Colorado Springs on Friday. The Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) reported the fire at 1126 Norwood Ave around 11:45 a.m. Firefighters found one person deceased inside the home after putting out the fire, which was under control by noon. The cause of the fire and the identity of the deceased are currently under investigation.
