Calgary Flames acquire centre Riley Damiani from Dallas Stars in exchange for forward Emilio Pettersen. The 23-year-old Damiani has 23 points in 53 AHL games with the Texas Stars and seven NHL games with Dallas. He will be assigned to the Calgary Wranglers, the Flames' AHL affiliate. Pettersen, also 23, had 30 points in 54 games with the Wranglers but has yet to play in the NHL.
