18-year-old Minnesota teen, Cieara Nicole Gilbertson, charged in connection to an injury crash last summer. The State Patrol responded to the incident on Aug. 24 in Rochester, where Gilbertson lost control of the vehicle, crossed multiple lanes, collided with the center median, and drove into a ditch. The teen was impaired by meth during the crash, resulting in injuries to a male passenger.
