30-year-old Eugene Babula was arrested in Hazle Township, Luzerne County, on burglary charges after breaking into a home and stealing a pair of women's underwear. Troopers found Babula inside the residence, and he was taken into custody with the stolen item still in his possession. He was charged with burglary, criminal mischief, theft, criminal trespass, and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
