43-year-old Cleveland Riley has been charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence after 53-year-old Lorenzo Hicks was found dead in a Henry County home. Kentucky State Police responded to a call about an unresponsive man at a residence on Cardinal Drive and determined there had been foul play. Riley's bond was set at $1 million, and he is being held at the Oldham County Detention Center.
