Danbury's abandoned Hearthstone Castle in Tarrywile Park, overlooking a popular park, could see a revival after $1.14m investment from the city over the past 4 years. The Neo-Classical castle, once home to wealthy occupants, has been surrounded by black gravel, high fences, and thorns, but restoration work is underway to give it a second life.
