Wells Fargo launches Autograph Journey credit card with travel rewards, competing with Chase Sapphire Preferred.

Wells Fargo is launching a new travel-focused credit card, the Autograph Journey, to rival JPMorgan Chase's Sapphire Preferred offering. The $95-a-year card will offer five points per dollar spent on hotels, four points for airlines, and three points for all other travel and dining, with a $50 annual statement credit for airfare purchases and travel protection benefits. The card is available in select Wells Fargo branches from March 9 and nationwide online and in-branch from March 20.
