The U.S. Department of Labor has announced $200m in grants to support apprenticeship programs in tech, cybersecurity, education, healthcare, clean energy, public sector, and supply chain sectors. Funding is divided into $95m for the Apprenticeship Building Grant Program and $100m for State Apprenticeship Expansion grants. The program targets underrepresented and underserved communities to provide training and career preparation.
