500 student & faculty housing units set for Surrey's downtown as part of an expanded Western Community College campus in partnership with Surrey's Health & Technology District. Located near Surrey Memorial Hospital & King George SkyTrain station, the City Centre 5 building is expected to be completed by 2028. The project aims to support the growing demand for hospitality and health tech programs at the college.
