Michaels Organization, a residential real estate leader, plans a $500M+ investment in its US Army housing portfolio over 5 years. The funds will improve 7 Army installations, funding new home development, renovations, rehabilitations, infrastructure improvements, and new amenities. The substantial reinvestment, the largest in Michaels' history, will be partly financed through a $305M bond issuance.
