Maine's popular Freeport Village Station outlet mall, home to stores like L.L. Bean, Old Navy, and Oshkosh, is set to be auctioned off due to a foreclosure resulting from its Boston-based developers, Berenson, being in breach of contract. The three-and-a-half-acre shopping center, valued at over $32 million, will be auctioned on-site on Wednesday at 1 p.m. and is open to the public.
