Ireland launches €34m LIFE Strategic Nature Project to enhance biodiversity decision-making and support nature restoration.

Ireland's €34 million, 9-year LIFE Strategic Nature Project aims to enhance biodiversity decision-making by integrating data from various sources, including farm schemes and the Common Agricultural Policy. The initiative, led by Minister of State for Nature Malcom Noonan, will support nature restoration, establish a national funding unit, and help track progress towards biodiversity targets.
