The Fraser Valley Humane Society (FVHS) is facing a tight deadline to find a new home due to a rent increase. The Mission cat shelter's treasurer, Dana Cole, presented to council as a delegation on Monday to advocate for a zoning bylaw amendment to help find a new location. Their current lease expires at the end of April, and finding a new location with suitable zoning has been challenging.
