Enbridge Inc. plans to invest $500M in expanding its US operations, including the Gray Oak pipeline and its Texas export terminal. The company will spend $100M on Gray Oak pipeline expansion and add 2.5M barrels of crude oil storage at the Ingleside Energy Center terminal in Texas. It will also purchase marine docks and land from Flint Hills Resources for $200M and invest $200M in a joint venture to develop a gas pipeline for Shell and Equinor's offshore Sparta project in the Gulf of Mexico.
