Electric Royalties Ltd. announces an amended letter of intent with vendors to acquire a lithium royalty portfolio in Ontario, Canada. The new terms result in a $2.5M cash reduction to $1.975M for 22 existing royalties and 36 optioned lithium properties. The company expects future option payments to generate revenues until projects convert to new royalties in their portfolio.
