Chilliwack receives $587K in provincial grants to update OCP and city bylaws for housing crisis.
Chilliwack received $587K in provincial grants to address the housing crisis. Most of these funds will be used to update the 2040 Official Community Plan (OCP) this year, instead of in a few years, as council decided at the last meeting. The funds will also be used to update city bylaws regarding small-scale multi-unit housing.
