BC nurse Errol Latchman suspended for assaulting vulnerable ER patient in August 2023.

A BC nurse, Errol Latchman, has been suspended for assaulting a vulnerable ER patient in August 2023. The B.C. College of Nurses and Midwives reported that Latchman threw activated charcoal at his patient and punched them in the face, following an initial assault by the patient. Despite the patient's initial actions, the regulatory college deemed Latchman's behaviour unacceptable.
