UK's Breedon Group acquires US-based BMC Enterprises for $300m, expanding US operations.
Breedon Group, a UK construction materials supplier, has acquired US-based BMC Enterprises for $300m, expanding its operations to the US market. BMC provides ready-mixed concrete, aggregates, and building products, and the acquisition is expected to enhance shareholder earnings, maintain a flexible balance sheet, and align with Breedon's business model. Breedon reported a 7% revenue growth to £1.48bn in 2023.
