NTSB preliminary report reveals that pilot who crashed into Clearwater, FL mobile home park couldn't locate airport. The pilot of a Beech 35 plane, Jemin Patel, told two people at Clearwater Air Park that he couldn't find the airport and requested help turning on runway lights. Despite the air traffic controllers changing the lighting to its highest intensity, Patel couldn't locate the airport and declared a fire before the plane crashed, killing three.
