The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) has recalled Chewly Cashew Nut Cookies from Malaysia due to undeclared peanut content, an allergen, on the packaging. The agency has directed importer Ja Lan Tiong Pte Ltd to recall the affected batch. Under Singapore's Food Regulations, food products containing ingredients that cause hypersensitivity must be declared on packaging labels to protect consumers with food allergies.
