Insurance brokerage firm Brown & Brown acquires assets of Hillco Insurance, a Dallas-based firm specializing in personal and commercial insurance solutions for the local business community. Hillco founder Hunter Hill will continue leading the team and join Brown & Brown's Dallas office. The acquisition will help both companies provide new opportunities and insurance solutions to clients.
