Glasgow's Cathcart area will see the development of 254 new homes, The Foundry, by Cala Management Limited and Celeros FT. The £61m project includes green spaces, communal landscaped areas, and a play park with sustainable designs, featuring ground-source heat pumps and EV charging points. The 5.87-acre site aims to create 133 direct jobs and 123 indirect roles during construction, targeting completion by 2028.
