Ireland's National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) plans to conclude operations by 2025, with a Resolution Unit taking over from 2026.
Finance Minister Michael McGrath announced that Ireland's National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) is projected to conclude its operations by the end of 2025, with a Resolution Unit planned to manage any outstanding activity from 2026 onwards. New legislation is needed to establish this unit, which will also handle any residual activity from the liquidation of the former Anglo-Irish Bank.
