BP plans to complete construction of a solar power plant in Jabrayil district, Azerbaijan, within the framework of the Shafag project. The solar power plant will have a capacity of 240 MW and is expected to begin construction in the second half of this year. The project is anticipated to last 18 months, with the final version of the Environmental Impact Assessment submitted to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources by the end of March, with approval expected in April.
