66-year-old Travis Blackmon, suffering from bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and dementia, went missing in Kansas City, Missouri on February 9. The Kansas City Police Department issued a Silver Alert and urged anyone with information to call 911 or the KCPD Missing Persons at 816-234-5043. Blackmon was last seen at East 25th and Campbell streets after being released by law enforcement.
