31-year-old Toronto man Yevgeni Vitaliyovych Guley charged with sexual assault, uttering threats and four counts of breach of probation after allegedly following one woman and sexually assaulting another at a downtown Toronto university campus on Sunday. Police responded to calls at around 11 a.m. and arrested the suspect a short time later. The incidents occurred near Toronto Metropolitan University.
