Pilot dies after light plane crash near Bunbury Airport in Western Australia. The 63-year-old man was trapped in the wreckage for over 30 minutes before being rescued by emergency services. He was airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital in a critical condition but passed away as a result of his injuries. The Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB) has been informed of the crash, and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
