42-year-old Chris Foiles has admitted to killing Megan Stedman, 34, in Bozeman, Montana, rather than in Idaho Falls, Idaho as initially believed. Foiles was indicted in Bonneville County, Idaho, on one count of first-degree murder and one count of destroying evidence. The Idaho charges will be dismissed, except for the destroying evidence charge. Foiles now faces homicide charges in Montana and a $1 million arrest warrant has been issued.
