51-year-old Anne Jordan, who operated an unlicensed daycare in her Bellevue apartment, has been indicted on multiple felony charges, including aggravated child abuse and aggravated child endangerment, after a 3-month-old baby died and six other young children were left unattended. No obvious traumatic injury or medical issues were found on the deceased child. Jordan was not at the apartment when the children were discovered.
