Winnipeg Regional Health Authority's Street Connections van, used for harm reduction services, was stolen over the weekend. The vehicle, a white 2013 Nissan NV2500 SV, provided services such as safer drug use supplies, naloxone kits, and testing for sexually transmitted infections. The outreach program will continue using a rented vehicle with Street Connections signage.
