Western powers have decided not to condemn Iran at the UN nuclear meet due to fears of escalating geopolitical tensions. Iran has been accused of lacking cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on several nuclear issues, including expanding its nuclear work, deactivating surveillance tools, and barring inspectors. Despite the E3 group (France, Germany, and the UK) initially planning to censure Iran, they have chosen not to seriously confront Iran over these issues.
