Walgreens Boots Alliance CEO Tim Wentworth has stated that the company has no plans to sell its specialty pharmacy business, Shields Health Solutions. Wentworth said that Shields is a "terrific asset" and that the company is not announcing a sale. The news comes in response to a Bloomberg report in January that claimed Walgreens was considering selling Shields with a potential price tag of $4 billion.
