Supreme Court orders AAP to vacate Delhi office by June 15, 2024, for Delhi High Court expansion.

The Supreme Court has granted the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) till June 15, 2024, to vacate its political office located at Rouse Avenue, Delhi. The land was allotted to the Delhi High Court for expanding its judicial infrastructure. The AAP has been asked to apply to the Land and Development Office (L&DO) for alternative land in accordance with the law. The Supreme Court clarified that AAP has no lawful right to continue on the land after 2017.
