Pakistan's Supreme Court reserves verdict on revisiting Zulfikar Ali Bhutto's death sentence.

Pakistan's Supreme Court has reserved its verdict on a presidential reference seeking to revisit the death sentence of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, the founder of the country's ruling Pakistan Peoples' Party (PPP). The court will announce its opinion in two to four days. The case was filed by former President Asif Ali Zardari, who requested a reopening of the case under clauses 1 and 2 of Article 186 of the constitution. Bhutto was executed in 1979.
