Nigeria's Federal High Court adjourned the suit filed by PDP member Segun Sowunmi against the party until March 18. Sowunmi is seeking an order compelling the party to convene a National Executive Council meeting within the constitutionally stipulated period and a restraining order preventing further delays by the party and the Independent National Electoral Commission. The plaintiff argues that a party must abide by its own constitution.
