Maldives President Mohamed Muizzu has announced that no Indian military personnel, including those in civilian attire, will be allowed in the country after May 10. This announcement follows an Indian civilian team arriving in the Maldives to take control of one of the three aviation platforms in the island nation, escalating tensions between the two countries. The Maldives recently signed a military assistance deal with China.
