The Chakshu portal allows users to report suspected fraud calls, messages, and potential phone number leaks by businesses. The DIP platform aids in coordination and exchange of information between law enforcement agencies, banks, and financial institutions to effectively address online fraud cases. In the past nine months, the Department of Telecom Services has prevented citizens from losing around ₹1,000 crore due to digital frauds.
