Fosun International is reportedly considering the sale of its Atlantis luxury resort in southern China as part of efforts to reduce debt. The resort, located in Hainan island, includes a hotel with over 1,300 rooms, a water park, an aquarium, and a shopping mall. The conglomerate has shared information with potential buyers and advisers, but a potential deal value for Atlantis Sanya is currently undisclosed.
